Lateral Saw, as a optional auxiliary equipment in
production of steel bar gratings, is a kind of dedicated equipment,
which is largely used to cut a steel bar grating panel into sized
pieces of products required. The cutting motor is started up with
step-down voltage. The disc running is driven with chain drive by
A.C. variable motor with frequency inverter. Rails for saw disc running
are heat-treated and grinded possessing low friction resistance,
high wearability andrunning precision.

Function
1.2.1 Steel gratings of various kinds
of material can be cut off. A piece of length ***0 X width ***0 mm
steel grating panel can be cut into several lengths.
1.2.2 In addition to a self-equipped
work platform, extension work platforms are added. Length of
extension work platform: ***0 mm for end, and length ***0 mm
for output end.
1.2.3 Work piece (steel grating) can
be tightly pressed on work platform while being
cut.
1.2.4 Perfect protection measures are
taken against motors and electric appliances in switchgear cabinet,
meeting requirements for electric safety.
1.2.5 The equipment is installed with
practicable safety guards to insure operator’s safety preventing
personal injury from spark spray.
